A) FOR BOOKS WHICH OPEN OUT FLAT (These usually have a stapled spine) simply open at the centre page, turn face down and measure the width across the double page. Then measure the depth. A) FOR BOOKS WITH GLUED SPINES and thicker books which will not open flat, measure across the front cover, spine, and back cover. Add these three dimensions together as shown below.
